Tuition and Payment Terms and Conditions

The Parent/Guardian agrees to pay tuition in the amount of Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00) per month, per enrolled child, for the full academic school year.

Enrollment constitutes a commitment for the entire academic school year. The Parent/Guardian acknowledges and agrees that the full amount of tuition for the academic school year becomes a financial obligation upon execution of this Agreement.

Full payment of the academic-year tuition balance is due before the first day of school. If a Parent/Guardian is unable to pay the full amount in advance, an alternative payment arrangement may be made only with approval from Knowledge Seekers Academy.

The purpose of tuition is to pay classroom rental fees and other operational expenses associated with the academy.

Because the Academy makes these financial commitments based on student registration and expected tuition revenue, each registered family is required to fulfill its full academic-year tuition obligation.

Tuition for the full academic school year is due in full before the first day of school. Full-year payments may be submitted through Zelle to the official Knowledge Seekers Academy payment account associated with the following email address:

Full-year payments may also be made through Zeffy (tap to pay) on the first day of school.

If a Parent/Guardian is unable to pay the full tuition amount before the first day of school, an alternative payment arrangement, including monthly payments through Zeffy, may be permitted only with express approval by Knowledge Seekers Academy.

Regardless of the payment method selected, the Parent/Guardian remains responsible for the full tuition obligation stated in this Agreement.

Enrollment may not be cancelled once this Agreement has been executed. Tuition pays classroom rental fees and other operational expenses associated with the academy, and the Academy is committed to paying these for the entire school year, so there is no cancellation or refund period.

All tuition payments are non-refundable, and the Parent/Guardian remains responsible for the full academic-year tuition balance regardless of withdrawal, nonattendance, schedule conflicts, relocation, or discontinuation of participation.

This Agreement contains the complete understanding between Knowledge Seekers Academy and the Parent/Guardian concerning tuition and payment obligations for the enrolled student or students.

No verbal statement, representation, or separate understanding shall modify the terms of this Agreement unless confirmed in writing by Knowledge Seekers Academy.
