When you fill out our enrollment form, we collect the parent's name, phone number, email address, the child's name and age, the program you are interested in, and any message you choose to include.

How we use it

We use this information only to contact you about your enrollment and to coordinate your family's participation in our programs. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

How it's stored

Enrollment submissions are stored securely in our backend and only accessible to authorized Knowledgeseekers staff.

Your choices

You can request that we update or delete your family's information at any time by emailing knowledgeseekers514@gmail.com.
